Shore Health System Opens Surgery Center

The Shore Health System Surgery Center is now open in Easton. The center is currently being used by ophthalmologists on the Shore Health System medical staff for cataract surgery and other surgical procedures. Some urological surgery is also done at the Surgery Center.

Shore Health System, the University of Maryland Medical System, and Queen Anne's County have partnered to build and operate a 24-hour freestanding emergency center to serve the residents of Queen Anne's County and the neighboring region.
